i have a couple of questions for anybody with experience of buying guitars from them. BTW, i DO have experience playing guitar cause i have an acoustic.
1-If i ask them to sell me a guitar from there stock in like the back room or w/e instead of the ones on display, will they give it to me?
2-Im looking at an all access pack for an Epiphone G400. If they dont have it at the store, could they put the pack together and sell me all of the items for the same price as the pack online?
3-Would it be a smart idea to save up some $ for a case so when i walk out of the store i can be carrying it in a case instead of out in the open?
4-Lets just say that i got the Ep g400 that was on display. If i bought new strings at the same time while buying the guitar, could they string it up for me and teach me how to do it at the same time? and how much would it cost?
5-and last but not least, would it be better to buy my guitar online or at the store?

Alright, so. I have been playing guitar for 2-3 years and I’m planning to buy an Acoustic/Electric I have a regular acoustic guitar, and an electric guitar so far. I’m also planning on being in the worship band at my church. The amp i use for my electric is just for messin around by myself at home.

Ok well I bought a resonator guitar from a local music shop, put a deposit on it, and I’m picking it up tommorow, as I’ve never owned a resonator guitar before I don’t know what strings to ask for?!

I’ve been playing guitar on a regular acoustic/electric for about 4 years and play almost nothing but Chicago style blues with a bit of jazz in there, so I need strings that’ll allow me to slide (with fingers, not slider) very easily, like normal steel strings (I’m used to gauge 12). But I also want to learn delta style slide guitar (my reason for buying a resonator) so I want strings that are friendly to regular EADGBE blues, give a nice full loud tone, are good for both finger picking and using a pick, and that can also be used well with a slide. However my blues aren’t too bendy so that’s not an issue.

So if you know of some magical strings that match all my criteria please leave a response!

I have been playing the acoustic guitar for a year and a half and i’m getting good. i wanna switch to bass but won’t it be easier because i was already playing guitar? anyway, i don’t know what i should do, acoustic guitar then get electric guitar or bass guitar? HELP!

P.S. is there an acoustic bass guitar with 4 strings, or should i start with an elctric bass?

Hey, I’ve been playing guitar for a little while. Right now I have a Fender Strat. A lot of my favorite guitarists use Gibson guitars. How are they? Are there sounds a lot different from fenders?
