I’ve been wanting to bring my bass places with me, ie school, friends’ houses, whatever. But let’s face it, I’m 5′ 1", 110 lbs. My bass case as tall as me and the amp weighs a ton. Not exactly practical. I’ve been looking into buying an acoustic. Not an upright, a guitar, and would preferably like to spend no more than 0-0. I’m looking for any input or recommendations on make/model, as well as any info you could give me on sound quality. Thanks.

I am building a resonator guitar at the moment, and i am not sure if i have the room to build a sound well in the body.
